How do you start a conversation with someone who has lost the ability to trust; one who has suffered at the hands of a parent, who has lost faith in those charged with the protection and care.

How do you engage someone who has given up on people?

I started my coaching journey to be the coach I needed. My background as a parent, grandparent, coach, artist and entrepreneur, combined with a lived experience through trauma and redemption gives me a unique perspective to be able to reach each person where they are.
